Our company and its subsidiaries (together “iFoM AB” or “We”) might collect information (“Information / Data”) on the usage of the apps it produces (the “Apps”) and on the usage of our website www.infocusmedia.se (the “Website”). According to privacy legislation in several countries and territories this Information might be considered personal data and in such case the gathering and usage is subject to certain rules. Our Privacy Policy aims to comply with these rules and give our users a clear understanding of what we – and certain third parties – collect and how this Information is used.

What we collect in our Apps
We collect the following data, or parts of it in, our apps:

Unique Device Identifier
Device IP Address
Device MAC address
Device type
OS version
App version
Length of use session.

We do not collect any other identifying data such as e-mail address or user name unless it is provided and verified by the user.

What we collect in apps made for Kids
We collect similar non-user identifying type of data in apps made for Kids as in our regular apps. The difference with apps made for Kids, is that to be able to make any additional purchases, supply e-mail address, follow links outside of the app, the user has to validate age at a parental gate before being able to access functions such as mentioned above.

How we use data collected in our Apps
We collect this data to improve performance and reliability of our Apps and to get a better understanding of what users in general prefer. We do not link any of this Information or any other information we might obtain in any way to individuals. We do not share, sell or in any other way give other persons or companies outside iFoM ABs access to this data, unless in order to comply with a legal obligation to do so (e.g. court order) or in case the ownership of the Information changes due to a merger, acquisition or restructuring involving iFoM AB.

What third parties collect via our Websites
Our Websites use Google Analytics (third party scripts) that collect information and might (also) store such information as a cookie on the device you use to access our webpage.
In order for you to use any of our Websites you should agree with the placement of the specific cookies and their use.

Our and third party use of this information
Information that is collected on our Websites (not in our Apps) by scripts from Google will also be available to Google. iFoM AB has no control over the collection or usage of this information by Google and does not accept any liability. According to the best of our knowledge Google uses the information collected to provide us with a better understanding of the use of our Websites and of the preferences of our visitors. We do not collect any other information
When you download and use our mobile applications, or visit our Websites, we don’t require you to provide any information and we don’t collect any personal information, except general information like unique device identifiers, or cookies (as specified above) to anonymously identify your computer or device so we can deliver a better experience.

We do not knowingly contact or collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can remove the information.

To receive our newsletter, we need your e-mail address
We provide a free, optional newsletter that you can elect to receive by submitting your e-mail address on our Websites or from within our Apps. In order to receive the newsletter, we require you to provide your e-mail address. We use the e-mail address only to provide you with the newsletter. You may opt out of the newsletters at any time. Opt out link is provided in the newsletters we send out.
